ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 7 business days within the continental US. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $125. Members of our Hippo Club loyalty program enjoy free shipping on every order, regardless of cart size.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and visit Order History to monitor your shipment in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders are delivered within 10 – 14 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges are fast and easy. Initiate a return through our portal, select "Exchange" as your reason, and choose your new size. Your replacement ships as soon as we receive your original item.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.

How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and inseam measurements. Our apparel is designed for a classic fit — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort on the course.
Are your fabrics performance-grade?
All White Hippo pieces are crafted from premium performance fabrics — moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, and UPF 50+ rated. Our polos and shorts are built to move with you from tee to green without sacrificing style.
How should I care for my White Hippo gear?
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, which can degrade the performance properties of our fabrics.
ACCOUNT & LOYALTY
Can I apply a discount code at checkout?
Yes. Enter your discount code in the promo field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
WHOLESALE
Do you offer wholesale or club team pricing?
We partner with golf clubs, country clubs, and pro shops for wholesale orders. Custom embroidery and logo options are also available for team orders of 100+ pieces. Reach out to info@whitehippogolf.com to get started.
Can I get custom embroidery or branding?
Yes — we offer full custom embroidery services for corporate events, club uniforms, and tournament gear. Turnaround is typically 3 – 4 weeks after artwork approval. Contact our wholesale team for a quote.
