Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the items and affix the return label to the package before dropping it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may be applied for certain returns.
Exchange Process:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
