Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information:

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing their purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the items and affix the return label to the package before dropping it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may be applied for certain returns.

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
